The latest tweets from @roblox. The reason this is happening appears to be because Twitter’s SMS system requires your phone to be “activated” before it will send texts, at least from what I can tell from my experience. I had this trouble yesterday when they restricted my account.

A web notification is a pop-up that appears within your web browser to notify you about what’s happening on Twitter when you’re on twitter.com and logged in to your account. If you’re using Chrome or Firefox you can also turn on browser notifications, which enables you to receive notifications as they happen, regardless of whether you’re on twitter.com.
You can get notifications for things like Direct Messages, follows, likes, replies to your Tweets, mentions, and Retweets of your Tweets.

- Log in to twitter.com.
- Click on the profile icon and select Settings from the drop down menu.
- Click on Web notifications from the settings sidebar.
- Check or uncheck the boxes for the notifications you wish to receive, or change the drop-down selections to see notifications Tailored for you (based on who you follow) or By anyone.
- Click Save changes.
- Log in to twitter.com using the Chrome or Firefox browser.
- Click on the profile icon and select Settings from the drop down menu.
- Click on Web notifications from the settings sidebar.
- Next to Turn on browser notifications, click Turn on. You can turn them off at any time.
